Waited in line for an hour and a half during a SXSW event but when I was the next to get in- the "owner of the bar" said that no dogs are allowed regardless of if they're performing a service or not. 90 minutes of waiting and the act of not allowing a service dog in is quite outrageous and disappointing.

More like a 3.5 but rounding up. We stopped in for one drink at Icenhauer's while exploring Rainey during the day. It was pretty empty inside but they had a DJ set up on the front porch. The bartender was super nice and friendly. I was interested in trying the Katie but it honestly didn't taste that great to me. I think it wasn't quite sweet enough or something was a little off with the mix of ingredients. Nate got the Ashley, which was like a spicy margarita, and that was really good. I'd definitely order that one again.

Came here for a night out and I loved it!! The drinks were delicious and the music was so good!! I wish there were more people there to dance though. I had my first pickle martini and a sangria and they were both so good!! The drink sizes are great too. We had such a great time!!

Good music but drinks are weak. Food options are good and have decent quality.

Cool, friendly bartenders, making pretty decent drinks. The back patio is a great space with room to chat and patio games to challenge the inebriated.

This is a great spot to hang out at on Rainey!! Their drinks are solid and it's a good vibes spot for sure. Be sure to try their sangria if you go here, and they also sometimes will have solid live music on Sunday afternoons for Sunday funday as well! Their bartenders are also friendly too.

One of the more fun places to dance at on Rainey St! This was always the first stop whenever my group of friends decide to meet up for a night of dancing on Rainey. From the moment you walk into the outdoor area, you can hear the music and will start dancing - I guarantee it! The bathrooms are located at the front of the building and close to the bar.

We went there for a drink before dinner. It was one of the quieter spot on Rainer St. Music was blasting, but there was plenty room to sit inside. Not sure that there's table service, yet it was easy to order at the bar. Cocktails were very good. They have a patio in the back (in addition to the front where a DJ was playing live).

Like most bars on Rainey, they cater to their geography... you'll be hearing tons of pop songs from the millennium and before. Drinks here are just as below average and overpriced compared to other places, as if there was a handbook.

I highly recommend coming to Rainey street to any tourist looking for a good time, and Icenhauer's was a great example of that! We came on a Sunday night, the PDA band were performing and they were just tons of fun! They played a lot of fun music like boy bands, Shania Twain, Bruno Mars... I even heard someone say "PDA does Bruno Mars better than Bruno Mars does"... lol! I loved the vibe there, beautiful outdoor weather helped too. I will say I did not order a drink, but I did eat at the parked food truck, Gobble Gobble, and the food was pretty good. All in all a very enjoyable experience and would definitely come back again.

It's a fun bar. They have a front porch stage with live music. Great drink selection.
