This has to be one of the worst IHOPS of all time. Trash customer service and the place is just gross. Ceiling panels caving in, floors dirty, and tables half cleaned.
Don’t try to do a pick up order. I’ve done it twice and they made me look for it on a shelf full of other orders. Then when I needed condiments they literally wouldn’t acknowledge me and just served other guest who came in after I did. I have them a pass the 1st time because you never know if it was just a rough shift or whatever but the 2nd time for the exact same energy is nasty work.

Our waiter was Tammy she was running this ihop like nobody’s business. The only waitress in site all the tables full. She still made sure everyone had what they needed. She had an amazing attitude and I just want to give a big shout out to her. She did amazing!!

Love this one. It is orders but the waitresses are always friendly, and the food is always good.
Waited 20 minutes sitting down and they never took our drink order. Worst part was it was not even full.

I could understand if they are short staffed but tonight was ridiculous. Told a out 30-45 minute wait, we had to leave after 1 hr. We literally were forgotten in the wait area. Both waiters were just sitting in the dining area chatting or on their phone. If it's that short staffed the close the restraunt.
