I was so impressed by this location's handling of our extremely large company holiday breakfast order. Everything was on time, easy to pickup, and setup for our party. We went after putting together a fundraiser and the server was genuinely friendly and a power house of a server.
We happened to be in a hotel within walking distance, so we gave them a try. Everything was great! We went in total 3 times (you can't beat the prices). The steak was so tender, it was better than Longhorn. Suggest the Sirlion Tips. One of the times we had to wait a few hours for our friend to pick us up after checking out of the hotel, and they never rushed us evem though they were busy (we did wait outside for a little bit because of the nice weather). They were very accomodating; never asked questions of why I wanted a cup of ice with no water (ice machine at hotel was broken). The servers were very friendly and had positive banter with each other.

I had an awesome pickup experience at the IHOP on Koenig Lane. Everything was ready on time, packed well, and tasted great. Our server, Tame, was incredibly friendly and helpful, she made the whole process smooth and welcoming. You can tell she cares about her customers.
Huge shoutout to the cook, too. Even though we didn’t get their name, the food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. It’s really nice to see a team working together so well.
Overall, great service and great food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

IHOP meals can be somewhat inconsistent, particularly during busy periods. This Sunday lunch was excellent, despite the restaurant being extremely busy. Everything well-prepared and flavorful, nothing overcooked, and served quickly. Service was good eventhough the restaurant was very busy. Atmosphere was just OK -- this is one of IHOP's older, more cramped locations. All things considered, a good place for Sunday breakfast, brunch or lunch.

My neighbor and I went to the location on i-35 at koenigln in Austin. We are both cold war era army veterans. We were seated w/in mins though it was 0900& the place was full. Mary was our waitress . We weren't asked for proof of service,(hope that doesn't invite the posers) and to me speaks volumes to franchises focus on polite service to veterans. Mary handled us and her other tables with precision and grace. My buddy has a complex order off the basic veteran special I stuck to the vet menu . She kept our cups topped off ,our orders came out with eggs cooked perfect . I will leave you with a thank you for the feeling your franchise truly honored all my brothers in arms with wait staff and cooks running this location like a well oiled machine. By the way , I was here a year ago and experienced the same service. Thanks Mary and the cooks
