Had to wait a long time to be greeted and seated. It was not busy at that time. After we were seated we still had to wait for our order to be taken and receive our food.

The worst iHOP I have ever been to. We sat in the waiting area for almost an hour while looking directly at a table sized for us that needed to be bussed. The hostess was not very nice. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands but I felt dirtier after walking in there. What a terrible way to treat a restaurant. I always hope the food will make up for the other things but this food was nasty. Couldn’t even get a smiley face right. Some hot, some not. It wasn’t that busy but the kitchen must not be communicating well. Even the water was gross. I’ll go to Dennys from now on. Waste of 100 bucks.Parking: Just don’t go.

Obviously ... 5-stars is relative ... I mean IHOP is still a QSR platform ... but the food is a reliable quality ... my service was excellent today ... the environment is usually bright and clean ... and I think the price/value proposition is quite fair.

I went to Ihop with my friend and I wanted a Salad a ceaser salad so I asked the waiter where was the salad in the menu and she said that they haven't trained the evening staff on how to make a ceaser salad so if you are planning to eat healthy do not go to IHOP.
