Way way over priced food wasn't so good are waitress was slow and rude rubber pancakes eggs were runny and probably because Iit was cold when we got it said something to the waitress and she just engord me
One of my favorite breakfast places -- always hits the spot. The non-breakfast food on the menu is pretty good, too, but I always find myself eating breakfast when I'm here. Staff generally very courteous and attentive, and the food always comes out hot and quickly.Parking: Huge parking lot out front. Parking is never a problem.

Obviously ... 5-stars is relative ... I mean IHOP is still a QSR platform ... but the food is a reliable quality ... my service was excellent today ... the environment is usually bright and clean ... and I think the price/value proposition is quite fair.
