Don't eat their chicken fried steak dinner as it's spoiled food. When we tasted it we knew it had a distinct and funny taste, then we ended up with three days of food poisoning. Bad experience at this restaurant and we won't ever be going back again. Restaurant lacks in food safety. Booths were sticky and unclean. This Restaurant deserves a complete sanitizing and steam cleaning.

For a major chain restaurant, I expected a little more. The food was not great, in fact I couldn't eat my omelet. It tasted a little on the spoiled side. The facility was clean, and the women's restroom was tended to, but other than that, I'll drive the extra 20 minutes or so to eat at Dennys.

We ordered togo from IHOP at 7:45pm the online site gave us a pick up Time of 8:13pm. I was surprised, this is really quick pick up for a restaurant.

My son went to pick
Up the order and could not find anyone at th front desk....i had to call the restaurant to talk to a team member, I asked them to go to front to meet my son with the food. We picked up the 2 bags and brought them home. We opened it all up and found we were missing 3 hot chocolates, an order of tres leches pancakes and a whole crepe meal.

I called the restaurant to see if maybe there was missing bag, the team member who answered the phone said I should call th door dash person and talk to them.....I ordered direct on the IHOP website...

I showed up expecting the restaurant to be slammed it was not.

Going to pass on IHOP and head back to Kerby Lane from here on out.

Very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional and not welcoming. I would not recommend it. The staff was not open to entertaining big group even though the restaurant was half empty.

IHOP has always been a good place to eat but today a very kind lady named Mercedes made our morning even better.

The restaurant was quite busy, but she was calm, collected and in control of everything. She greeted, seated and took orders without making anyone feel rushed. She also helped solve a complicated order my younger son wanted to make.

My 3 y/o wanted to mix a few odd food items together & instead of just shutting him down and saying “sorry it’s not possible/it’s not on the menu” she gave us extra time and figured out a way to make it happen.

To be able to give that much personal attention when is slammed all around you is very impressive. Hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve had at IHOP!

Went there once never again, lazy employees and dealt with the manager name as I’ve asked Crystal very poorly mannered I’ve seen to some of her employees
Food was good. That’s the only plus about this place other IHOP areas have been excellent.
These employees need to do better with the attitude.

Waited for 45 minutes no food in order a water and a tea and when I asked for a refill I was brought cold coffee half way filled. Not coming back

Overflowing urinals and disgusting bathroom, poorly stocked on food items, messed up food orders, gross food covered menus, and more. This things are not out of the staffs control. This is cut and dry just poor management.
