Crystal is the best server ever, she was so sweet and nice, even though she was the only one in the restaurant was packed. She definitely deserves a raise and please take care of her as she deserves it ❤️

We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP located at 13201 Ranch Rd 620 N. Our server, Brianna, was absolutely amazing—she had a great smile, was very welcoming, and gave us excellent information when we were ordering. She constantly checked in on us, kept our coffee filled, and remained professional the entire time. We also really appreciated how management came by to check on our food and make sure we were doing alright. That extra level of care truly stood out. Great service all around—we’ll definitely be back!

Angela at the Research Blvd store in Austin was great!
They need to have more staff on duty for the graveyard employees. The night I went on New Year's. They was open with 1-cook, 1-Server, 1-dishwasher. The Management or GM didn't have these 3 employees backs' to get more help. What was claimed the server on duty said she was told that there were 2 of them scheduled to be servers. The other one called in Sick. She was alone with 1 cook & a dishwasher. Everytime a new customer came in she would let them know what they were up against. We're sorry that we're short staffed. I'm the only server with 1 cook. It'll be an hour getting your food. If your willing to wait, I'll get your drinks quickly while I help get the food for the previous customers. I'll get your food order ASAP. Thanks for your understanding. I was okay, so I sat down and waited patiently. She brought me water, and later she took my order for food. I got it 17mins later. I enjoyed the flavor and I didn't mind waiting. I was watching videos on my phone. So to me the time flew by and my food appeared 😐. Please get the staff more on duty than a person being alone. Get 2 cooks, 2 or 3b servers. Manager on duty too. A dishwasher as well.
