I love IHOP! I have been eating here since I was a young child in the 70's. I recently had all my teeth pulled and now wear dentures. Breakfast foods, specifically eggs, oats, and pancakes are foods that I can consume with less difficulty than other foods. I had a stack of five pancakes and was not disappointed. Highly recommend, especially if you have had recent dental work. ?

Our server kept going to go sit with her boyfriend instead of giving us service. Her hair was also down and she was wearing a dirty sweater which just seemed gross. The kitchen was blasting rap music and half the lights don't seem to be working at this location. I sincerely regret stopping here.

We ordered for chicken strips which were undercooked and when we said they were undercooked they took it back and put the same strips in the fryer and returned with burnt and rubber strips. Never returning again. Avoid this place. Whoever is the manager the night of 3/27 should learn about customer service.

Ordered online. I waited 5 minutes after I ordered and then left to go to the restaurant and when I arrived my order was not ready yet so I waited patiently. When I received my pancakes they were dry and cold. The drive home was only around 5 minutes so they should have still been hot... $20 down the drain.. I will not be going back to any IHOP.

Went late Tues. The crepes and hashbrowns were amazing!! Food came super fast. Server was good, don't remember her name, blond with super long nails. Barely started drinking our water and the food was all there and order was correct and cooked to perfection.

I’ve been here twice and always have had great service and food. I wish I could remember the waitress’s name because she was amazing! Quick service and great food. We came when it wasn’t so busy at around 11pm after an Austin fc game.

I decided to return after a while and it was worse than I expected, the most hostile service from the girls at the entrance, when they finally gave us a table, we were waiting for about 30 minutes to be served and no one came, we tried ask a big waiter with glasses but he just ignored us and I think we don't deserve that treatment, we just wanted to have some breakfast, I'm very upset and disappointed in ihop honestly
The staff seems like they never actually care about their jobs. Been here several times as a delivery driver and assumed they were just like this with drivers. However as a customer I'm seeing the same lazy attitude from the

Three o'clock in the afternoon with only one other couple there? That's a sure sign of something wrong, but we went in anyway!We stopped and debated at front door due to loud music but went ahead as we were there!One server who appeared overworked and it went down from there!Food was slow but decent, service was okay as she was trying. The floor is dirty, as if never mopped or waxed. Room was cold and nearly empty.Last straw was when we paid the bill by machine, we were asked for minimum 18% tip!We're local and have lots of other choices. Likely to never be back!Hire the help, train the help, and pay the help---before asking me for more money!
