The hostess found me a quiet table in the main restaurant but there are also hi-tops and bar seating as alternatives. I was greeted promptly and my choice of still water and an adult beverage showed up very fast. I ordered the 10oz filet and it came out perfectly cooked (extremely rare or blue). Our server Javier was great, made excellent recommendations and the service was excellent. Jose, the manager. Stopped by often to make sure everything was perfect. We were in town for a conference and my birthday and ate here 2 nights in a row. They celebrated my birthday 2 nights in a row. My favorite steakhouse and we visit once or twice a year and they remember us and are consistently excellent. The food is to die for and has never disappointed us once. Will keep making the...

This was the second time we've celebrated our anniversary here & just like the first time III Forks hit a home run. We were greeted with complimentary glasses of champagne. The food and service were EXCELLENT! Never a disappointing moment at III Forks!
