I enjoyed the flavor and the vibe of this cozy Italian bistro. SApori is conveniently located by the Paramount Theatre so that was really a win. Very authentic from the complimentary breadsticks to the meatballs. Will return with more friends next year.

Great Italian spot in Austin. They made everything in house, and you can definitely tell. It’s a quaint restaurant in an office building in downtown. The service is lovely. The food is so good. We really liked everything!

Cass was an exceptional waitress. The Rigatoni alla Vodka was splendid. Everything is made from scratch, and you can taste the difference. Can't wait to return.

Awesome quick-dining Italian spot. I would call the interior fast casual, but the service and food exceeded that expectation. Special shoutout to our fabulous server, Tim. Also, worth it to note how fast the whole experience was! Cocktails could be improved. Will be back!

Sapori Italian Roots was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The food was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and genuinely felt like something made with care. The ambience was perfect: warm, inviting, and classy without feeling overdone. Our waitress was amazing as well; I wish I remembered her name, but she mentioned she graduated from Texas State, and she made the whole experience even better with her kindness and excellent service. I honestly loved everything about the night and would recommend Sapori to anyone looking for a memorable Italian meal.

Our waiter was Tim, and from the moment we walked in, dude was on top of it. They were very busy and he still maintained top notch service. Maddison was jumping in to help since we were a big party. You can just tell it’s a well run establishment. 100% coming back next time I’m in Austin. Calimari is fire

Have to give an insane shoutout to Tim!! We had a huge party, and not a single time did anyone have to ask for a refill or anything even though he was still helping other tables. He was incredibly informative and attentive, as a server myself I couldn’t ask for any better service

Every time we visit Austin, we always have to eat here! I absolutely love their fettuccine alfredo with shrimp! It’s a small, tight restaurant but it’s definitely worth the time! Tim, our waiter, is super kind and helpful! I highly recommend to eat here!
