Another amazing time at Interstellar! The staff was absolutely stellar from knowledge about their products to service. The line was ridiculously long but they had free water available and they sent someone out to explain the menu and specials to everyone waiting! When we got in the door still waiting in line some cut brisket was put into a little bowl and it was passed down to all of us which was above and beyond! Absolutely phenomenal BBQ. We didn't try anything we didn't like. Sides are great and not the typical BBQ restaurant sides. Brisket was possibly the best I've ever had. Peach tea glazed pork belly....what more to say. And today they had lamb tacos. Amazing. We will definitely be back.
