I didn't used to go much because I didn't like the way they treated me. I always go on the night shift. Now, the guy they have on the night shift is very friendly in the way he greets you, takes orders, and is very quick when you arrive. He welcomes you, says his name is Daniel, and provides good service. I hope you get to be served by him when you go.

I came from out of state. I used to live in Jacksonville Texas I now live in Fort Wayne Indiana we don't have a Jack in the Box. This location needs to do better with their employees. If your drive thru doesn't work then get it fixed if your employees do not understand English then fix that. It's sad I had to repeat myself multiple times for them to understand what I wanted you almost lost a customer due to the communication barrier.

This place sucks had to buy 2$ dollars worth of tacos to pee myself at their bathroom door cause they wouldn’t let me just use it even though I was a paying customer will never come to this location (edit: I’d love to but the staff was rather rude and unprofessional so I don’t know.)

Took the fast out of fastfood. Always a 15 minute wait for dine in. Out of diet coke. Out of ranch dressing. Half the flavors in the coke machine are not available. Im sure its not the employees fault. Just understaffed.
I have always been a JIB fan. This rough-looking location is off of North Lamar. I got food poisoning and I never had food poisoning before. All I can say is don't eat at that one.

By far the best jack in the box. The one closer to me has been closed, they re always out of stuff and staff but this one has never let me down! Drive through on point and indoor eating the place is clean. 5/5 the lady in front he morning has been so nice to me too!
