My carnitas torta was one of the best I've ever had. It was fairly simple (no lettuce, no beans), but the simple presentation allowed the carnitas to shine as the true star of the show. I definitely recommend adding the included picked diced onions, as they add great flavor & texture. Both the red & green salsas are so good.
