Waited 20 minutes just to order and nothing. Couldnt even leave, got stuck at drivethru while others finally got their orders.

Didn't have the sauce we ordered but asked about substitutions. Usually when we order on a fast food app we don't find out till we get home that they never add the sauces so that courtesy stood out. Also, plastic waste aside, the stickers that show your food is sealed is a unique and nice touch that Jack in the Box does.

I went there for a wrap combo and I said I wanted the spicy chicken wrap and I got the grilled chicken and I da no cheese and guess what it had cheese on it
Check your order before you get on the highway because these employees don't even try to get it right
Went inside my son and I ordered two combo meals the food was quick and good unfortunately my son really had to go to the bathroom after the meal and he was not allowed to use to facilities their excuse was they lost the key My question is how do they used to restroom we had to go all the way to Walmart so he can go to the bathroom not a good place if you deny panty and customers to go to the bathroom after a meal and whoever the lady was behind the counter was rude

The way I was treated forced me to cancel my order, scared they were going to do something to my food! That Should say enough!!
