Jack in the Box

Ordered and paid for spicy loaded waffle fries but got plain waffle fries with a very small amount of cheese on like 2 fries. The guy at the window at the drive thru was also not very nice

Disappointment. I asked for a hamburger and got the most pathetic thing. 🙄 ugh. It was small, sad, and severely lacking.

Food was excellent. I actually had to order 2 extra sandwiches. The service was some of the most friendly and excellent I've had from a Jack in the box in a very long time

Maricela was rude and refused drive thru pickup even though that is what we chose in the app. She shouted at me to confirm in door dash ( who I do not work for I ordered on Jack in box app) and ultimately the food was wrong (included things on a burger my husband can't eat) and had no straws etc. terrible experience!

I hit the drive thru every now and then when I’m not feeling whataburger. They are always open and usually never a line. Always quick service and friendly workers. The food is semi-ass but it’s jack in the box you can’t expect a gourmet meal.

They refused to let me use the restroom. When I asked why both doors are locked they said we don't know why.Thats not how you treat your customers so I decided to go next door to whataburger to give them my buisness instead. You guys have horrible customer service. Work on it.

I would never ever come to this horrible facility again, Super dirty unprofessional and have absolutely no customer service at all and they refused to take my second order that is absolutely crazy to me. Left me speechless. I do not recommend this place to anybody in Austin

The only reason I'm posting is because I couldn't find a real onion ring anywhere. I just about gave up. I realized I never ordered from here. I took the chance. What do you know! It's a real onion ring with real onions not bioengineered onions. I know where I'm going when I have an onion ring craving. Thank you Jack in the Box! ?

Always excellent service. I work at a bar down the street and after I'm done my "dinner" options sometimes end up being Whataburger vs Jack in the Box. The staff at this Jack location is so quick and even serves you with a smile at 1:57 in the A.M., they will always have my business hands down. Thank you so much!!!
