This specific store has MASSIVELY improved over the last year or two. Service is amazing and feels like the employees actually want to work there unlike before. The dining room was clean and I was even greeted when entering the store. Amazing job management and employees for getting everything together! A year ago I would've left a one star review but now that is just not possible after my few recent experiences.

Only me and my partner in the store, yet took nearly 25 minutes for 2 burgers to be made. Food was cold, fountain machine was completely out of drinks, staff were very rude when asked about getting our food. Do not recommend going here if you want fast food go to McDonald'

The wait was God awful and the food was just nasty. We had to wait 45 mins in the drive through. 15 of it was at the window a burger and breakfast sandwich. They forgot our bacon on our food as well.

I have never been so upset, ordered online. Came to drive thru and nobody on the speaker, came to window and NOTHING. I knocked and knocked and nothing. Went to front door and knocked and knocked. I thought it was ridiculous that I paid and would leave with no food. Finally someone came out and he said he didn’t speak English so I repeated everything to him in Spanish. He then told me the cashier left and he was the cook and he didn’t know how to operate cash register. I told him I paid online, he then said he didn’t know how to make my order because that wasn’t his section. Are you f kidding me ??????? I told him really? You don’t know how to make two tacos and dump fries in the fryer. He then said ok he would make it. What a f joke.Not to mention I work on the road and was delayed 30 minutes because of this.

Where do I start?So the woman on the intercom is less than personable. She clearly doesn't understand how rude she comes off when she's speaking at you through the intercom. So I try to order the meat lovers burrito. Mind you, this is at 10:42pm. (I've never had a problem ordering breakfast at any time at jack in the box. But at this particular location, apparently they stop serving breakfast all day). She then tells me that they aren't serving breakfast. I respond with, "I thought it was breakfast all day..." She tells me that they stopped serving breakfast all day for about two weeks but it clearly says it on the menu that they serve breakfast all day. I don't know what happened to the customer service industry but this is one of many businesses that have plummeted in said Industry.Prior to ordering my food, I overheard the vehicle in front of me try to order Hi-C. Not sure what flavor, but I heard enough of the conversation to know that their coke freestyle machine was out of Hi-C. Which is one of my favorite drinks. So I didn't even try to order it.

I waited 10 minutes for my food in drive through and my Jr jumbo jack had no onions when I asked for extra, the fries were mixed with half fresh and old. And the soda was flat. It's 1045 in the morning all that should've been freshI called and called no one answers the phone but one time they picked up and hung up. I wanted a refund or a replacement. I would've went back but my lunch break was ending.

Yeah it was quick through the drive through but I guess they don't toast the bread to the sourdough jack here. Guess I did not receive the memo that they don't toast buns anymore. I will say this, I took two bites and spit it out because it was terrible without being toasted. When y'all go back to toasting you're buns jack let me know because this shiznit was disgusting!

My order was taken and I was at the window looking in. While waiting for my order: the manager made rounds communicating with her crew. My drink was finally brought to me and the lid popped off as the cup was handed to me.The window attendant could not have been more overwhelmed. It took 25 minutes to receive my entire order of a Breakfast Sausage Sandwich and a Coffee.

Some tables needed to be wiped down. Not busy at all for them not to be cleaned.Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door for people in wheelchairs. Not ADA compliant.

Went to this location to get a couple of meals and was highly disappointed. The food was terrible in the sense that it was cold and not correct. Order was taken at the drive-thru and was not understood nor was the meal made to what was asked. I cant speak for the atmosphere of the store but the food and overall service was not very good.
