I came in a few nights ago to get the spicy seafood gumbo with extra rice and the service was beyond exceptional. The night crew were very polite and helped me with my order. The manager lindy was very friendly and time management was great I was basically in and out with my hot food. I’ll definitely be coming back. Yall have a forever customer with me.

The lady behind the counter was rude and impatient. This was my first time ever in my life eating at a Jason's Deli and the food as amazing as it was isn't worth the bad service. I didn't know what I wanted to eat because I had never been at on do I didn't know what they served. She rushed me through my order process, she has a very thick i wanna say Caribbean accent and I'm partially deaf due to a near fatal automobile accident in August so I was having a hard time understanding her and she just got irritated and short with me. I won't be going back here.

Great food and nice atmosphere, been going here since I was a kid.
On business here in Austin. Needed a big salad. Was excited to see a Jason's Deli. Got the salad bar...... don't wanna be a Karen.....lettuce looked iffy....most items were not filled to top or 3/4 and looked iffy.... it's a Wednesday....midday....three people in the place (including a staff member on lunch).

Their food is usually good. I like the chipotle chicken avocado panini and the nutty salad. Whenever I go, I get one of these two options. They also have a nice kid's menu selection - recommend the penne and alfredo chicken pasta for toddlers.
For dessert, don't miss the soft serve ice cream🍦. They have chocolate, vanilla and swirl.
This location the restrooms were were a less cleaner in comparison to their other locations and they also have a door code for the restrooms.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this location that make it hard to recommend. On several occasions, my orders were incorrect, including receiving the wrong soup. The staff have sometimes been rude to my family when we came to dine in. Today , when I picked up an online order that was already paid for, I was questioned about payment, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. All the other locations do a great job with professionalism and customer service. I didn’t want to go here today I came despite the negative experience I had and thought today would be different. I will definitely not be back
