We visiting this location of Jeni’s on a trip to Austin, the ice cream was great. A lot of new unique seasonal flavors.

They had a poster for crispy chilli oil on ice cream… it was a limited time thing.. so we gave it a try and surprisingly wow! It’s seriously a game changer! The staff was very friendly.

The shop was was very spacious and a lot of seats available

Kid-friendliness: The kids had a blast. Wish the kids cones would be a bit cheaper though.

I recently visited Jenni’s to try the seasonal holiday flavor, the pistachio macaron, hoping for a little pick-me-up after receiving some difficult news. A kind young man was assisting me, and his thoughtful service stood out in such a positive way. Unfortunately, the experience took a negative turn when a young woman with blue hair abruptly approached him in front of all the customers, including me, and scolded him for serving me the last of that flavor. Her behavior was unnecessarily aggressive and honestly more embarrassing for her than anything else.

When she demanded he take it back, he kindly asked if I was okay with that, and not wanting to cause further trouble, I said yes and left with my friend. What could have been a small, uplifting moment turned sour. It’s a shame because the young man displayed excellent customer service, and perhaps she could learn from his example.

Always has really nice ice cream flavors, and they let you sample everything! Kind of cold inside and gives off white hospital vibes, but still a cool hang out place regardless.

Love, love, love!! The best ice cream I’ve had and I try a lot of ice cream. It’s creamy, flavorful and waffles are so good! I’m pretty sure they make them in house because it smells like waffles inside. I absolutely love that they make everything only with the best ingredients. I can really tell the difference in quality!

Really enjoyed the funky yet delicious flavors that Jeni’s has to offer.

Had already tried some pints from my local grocery store, and i can say that the ice cream doesn’t taste different at all from when you get it directly at the store.

My favorite part were the waffle cones that they serve with your ice cream! So yummy and salty.

Great place to visit if you are in the mood for ice cream in this Texas heat.
Minimum is 2 scoops and you can choose 2 different flavors you want up to 4 flavors.
Highly recommend the brambleberry crisp and cookies and cream, and banana cream pint to go.
Staff are really awesome and patient while you learn the flavor names and what they are, also allows for taste testing.

I absolutely adore this place. The people are so nice, and the ice cream is so tasty! My favorite flavor for July was the cherry pie. It taste so yummy and had a little kick of spice.

They have dairy free options, they had 3 DF flavor options. Thanks for having this on the menu for people with milk allergies and intolerance. Only thing it's half scoops for 7.50, which is a little pricey in my opinion. I am glad I found Jenni's on my trip to Austin. I am from las vegas, and wish they had one there. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We went to the Domain mall location, I wish there was more indoor and outdoor seating.

Amazing ice cream and great location that is nicely maintained and spacious. Friendly staff and free parking available in nearby garage. Prices are a bit high but food is delicious!

I went to Jeni’s tonight and had the greatest customer service experience ever. I asked to try the Snow Cone and then ended up ordering the Texas Sheet Cake. I never once mentioned that I was dairy-free, yet the man who was helping us made sure to check with me before including a waffle crisp with my ice cream because they have dairy in them. He noticed that I only asked for the dairy-free flavors, and I felt so seen as a customer. I loved Jeni’s before this, but I love it even more now!

This is one of the greatest ice cream shops ever! As soon as you walk in, the scent of ice cream is literally life-changing. They have so many flavors, from simple classics to originals that you'll find nowhere else. The vibes are so nice, it's incredibly clean, and the staff is superb! Definitely reccomend.
