Great ice cream, friendly and offer sampling!

Visited Jeni’s Ice Cream at South Congress and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The ice cream flavors are incredibly rich, smooth, and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality in every bite. The variety is outstanding, with a great mix of classic favorites and creative, unique combinations. I especially loved that some of the flavors were limited edition, which made the visit feel special and exciting.

Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully crafted, and it was honestly hard to choose because so many options sounded (and tasted) amazing. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, making it a perfect stop while walking around South Congress.

A special thank-you to Christi for the excellent service. She was friendly, patient, and very helpful with recommendations, which made the experience even better.
Highly recommend this location if you’re an ice cream lover — I’ll definitely be coming back to try more flavors! 🍨⭐️

Fantastic ice cream with creative flavors.

Its a bit overpriced, 4 scoops with 2 cones 19 dollars. 💸 just another warning: It does not have plain traditionals like vanilla, plain pistachio, or any sorbets if you are looking for those. It only offers mostly sweet duo mix ice creams such as honey vanilla, salted peanyt caramel, butter cake etc. Mostly a common spot for first daters/jazz club lovers whom pass by there and first time austin tourists.

Jeni's is the dopest ice cream on the strip (So. Congress) in my opinion! Goat cheese and black cherries is my favorite. The ice cream delight is only available in a seasonal rotation and guess what, it's back!!! Just had 2 BIG scoops and gonna workout to hit it again! Jeni's, get'cha some!

I like Amy's a lot. This location is convenient and reliable for ice cream when on South Congress. I always recommend the brown butter and the brambleberry flavors, especially together!!

Best ice cream in Austin. Pistachio (not pictured) was our favorite but ingredients of all sorts shine through. Nothing tastes artificial.

Dee-licious! Loved their seasonal flavors and definitely added the fudge sauce. I've bought pints in the store before and I'm was great to get it from the source.

Very delicious ice cream with yummy flavors!! It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth treating yourself to some fantastic ice cream! You deserve it!! Service was quick and professional, didn’t get any smiles but they were very busy. I love that everything from the ice cream bowl, napkins and spoons are compostable!!
