The new sandwich maker is terrible, asked for light oil and no onions... The guy wears a hat and has glasses ... Needs to be retrained

Thanks to Xavier and the JM Team, I had a truly fantastic first visit to Jersey Mike's. I have Celiac, but my family does not. While others prepared my family's order, Xavier prepared my sandwich with gluten-free bread in a separate area from the counter line. They treated my dietary restrictions, as well as me with utmost respect, taking extra care to ensure I was happy. And I was. Great food, great service, professional demeanor. Kudos to Jersey Mike's on West...
