Don’t usually give reviews but I came in on 3/29 1 minute before close (due to getting out of work late) they could’ve been jerks and refused me service but the crew was super nice and friendly. Amazing Philly, will be back soon for sure !

I frequent this location more than any other and am very rarely if ever disappointed in my food or the service received. Jersey Mike's is easily one of my favorite sandwich shops.My only minor note is that I wish the location was just a touch bigger. We always dine in, and it feels a bit cramped at times if there's more than like 1 other table being used, but that likely can't be helped, so it is what it is.

Go to any other location but South Park Meadows, this one for some reason runs different. The sandwiches are MUCH smaller. I’d consider it a one-off, but then I’d be very disappointed that they saw how small the giant bread was and they still used it. The prices increased to just under $19 for a giant and I’m so mad that I got a sandwich a little larger than a normal regular. The quality control was just not there and it’s super disappointing.Last thing and this is just a pet peeve. I no longer leave a tip for any Jersey Mike’s because I have NEVER had my tip acknowledged before, whether it was take-out/dine-in or through the app. I cannot understand why any food service location does not require their employees to acknowledge when a customer leaves a tip. Anyway, I won’t be leaving one, so it doesn’t matter, but I thought you should know.

They did not use the paper under the sandwich. They put my cheese on the counter then put it on the sandwich. If they were out of the paper they normally use they should have used the Jersey Mike’s wrapper paper. Gross.

I am just in awe that I didn't get the right customer service. I ordered a hot chicken ranch sandwich and had never tried it before. I expected it to be like a Quiznos chicken with bacon. Wow, was I wrong! The chicken is ground and tastes like it’s been frozen and reheated many times. It was pouring brown juice from the sandwich and I almost puked. So gross. I didn’t really complain cause I’m not a whiner but I guess I should have! I ordered a club to be safe cause those are delish. I expected them to just say, hey we will just give ya this one on the house…..but nooooo I paid 20 something dollars for ONE REGULAR SUB. Some bull. Staff is great except the guy that looked at me crazy when I said the chicken was nasty. He can ffff off.
