Went in after a pulling a double at work. Asked for the chipotle cheese steak, double meat. It's like y'all got Johnny sins to stuff that sub cause it double meat. Thanks y'all š¤š¼ made my night

This location is not goodā¦ It is a notable difference between other Jersey Mikes. There were 3 long hairs in my sandwich it was disgusting I couldnāt even eat it. Not to mention they gave me the wrong bread and there was no chipotle sauce on the Chipotle Cheesesteakā¦. I love Jersey Mikes but wonāt return to this location. Will go to the one on Ben White (which iāve been to many times with no issues).

We LOVE Jersey Mike's over any other chain sub shop! I always get the portobello sandwich! It's incredible! The staff is always friendly and the environment is clean and clear from clutter!

they didnāt have chicken for my sandwich which was totally okay, i understand that happens, but they also didnāt give us our chips for our online order, no receipt or extra honey mustard. store seems to be going down hill, which is very sad. just super easy mistakes that come from carelessness.

I used to frequent this location at least 3-4 times a month. Not anymore. The customer service here is truly awful. The people working behind the counter act as if you are a burden just by simply ordering a sandwich. The sighs, eye rolls, unfriendly-ness, body language, lack of care in making the sandwiches, etc. is pretty ridiculous. I refuse to go to this location now just because of the poor customer service and I am not the only one that has had bad experiences with the customer service here recently, just look at the other reviews. It seems to be a reoccurring problem at this location. I have taken my business to a different location as the customer service always seems to be great at that store. The franchise owners need to do a serious reassessment of their employees at this location because its negatively impacting the business and customers experience. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

This location seems to be going down hill with customers service. I was the only customer in, yet no one greeted me, they just didnāt look up or say anything for maybe 5 minutes of me just standing there, then finally said what can I get you. Iām not expecting much, but definitely more than that. When I ordered my sandwich the guy didnāt even ask what kind of bread I wanted. They were too busy talking about personal work issues. Iām disappointed because I donāt normally get bad service from this location. Interestingly enough other customers that came in after me got greeted.
