Good food but one of the employees with the nose ring was rushing us on what to order. Some tables were dirty, but it did smell nice. Food was fine, standard JM quality.

Tried this location for the first time, and can safely say I won’t be back to this one. The staff was the most unenthusiastic, and awkward interaction I’ve ever had somewhere. Almost felt like they were on something. Bread was stale, toppings were soggy to say the least. The bacon was literally black in the bin, to the point that no one should consume it. Even ate there with my coworker and both of us agreed this was the worst location we have been to. I’m shocked to see such positive reviews. Maybe we just came on an off day but bad enough to not make us come back.

We been getting subs from this Jersey Mike's for a while and they've always been good, except last time. As usual, we ordered the #13 (Original Italian), "Mike's Way", but were disappointed when we got home and found the sub had MAYO on it. An Italian sub should never have mayo! Will watch like a hawk next time.

Westlake location is awful. Id give them 00 stars if I could. Our WEEKLY ONLINE. Orders have been wrong 3 weeks in a row. Once it wasnt made at all, 2nd time they left out part of the order. Today we went into store and they still managed to give us the wrong sandwich!!!!i hope management sees this review and does something ASAP!! We have been ordering weekly from them on Thursdays for months and the last month has been horrible. Even worse- i always leave 20% tip bc Ive had kids who worked in service industry and I understand what tips can mean. Heres my last tip- managers need to step in before their store loses more business.

Tried to call the store to let them know, that there was a bug baked into their rosemary bread. They were out of white, maybe cause they need to clean the ovens or prep area I don’t know. But really gross to see a fully formed bug cooked into the bread
