Ray the manager needs to be FIRED! I've a paying customer for 3 yrs 3 times a week. Ray is quite comfortable at giving his loyal customers old stale dry bread. He told me If I didn't like my sandwiches I could go somewhere else! I was floored. Me and friend went to the store to talk to him, but being the coward that he is at first he wouldn't come out but we weren't leaving until he did. BLT sandwich had raw bacon on it. Asked sandwich maker if she could make the bacon crisp...nope it comes precooked she says. Except for the fact that it's hardly cooked at all. Why do restaurants serve raw bacon on a BLT? It's so common at most fast food places. COOK THE BACON! Total waste of money.
First time I order 30 minutes...Second time 45 minutes...3rd time never came by.. manager was sensitive to what I had to say, I think I made him cry alittle. Dude your a manager! Fix the problem don't be part of it.. I work right next to you guys.. how can it take this long to get a sandwich.. burnet store needs to close down. You guys are worthless
