GROOPER DUDE

This is the 4th time I have been to this location with my BFF/Roommate. Every time we have gone to this location, the staff has been absolutely AMAZING. (MARCUS!! DEE!!! I’m referring to y’all. :). ). Simply conversing with those two just lifts my spirits after a hard day at work.
It is clear Dee and Marcus are very skilled and know exactly what they’re doing. Their professionalism and friendliness shines through every-time we go there. ( not to mention the speed in which they are able to crank out… frankly perfect sandwiches Every Time!
Jimmy John’s: Please recognize the talent you have working for you at that location. We ALWAYS feel so welcome and taken care of when it’s time for my bff and I to unwind after a very long week busting our butts.
In short: Thank-you Marcus and Dee for improving one of the few days we have off!

While entering the store, my best friend and I were warmly greeted by Marcus and Dee; they were awesome! Their downhome, genuine sense of humor had us laughing and talking so much we gladly wound up getting more than what we intended to buy! The store was clean, the shelves were stocked, and we only sat for a few minutes before our sandwiches were ready! It's amazing how a short visit to a sandwich shop can improve the whole day.

Thank you so much Marcus and Dee! We'll definitely be coming back!

We walked in, got a sad greeting (which I get it’s a Monday and you work in service). The whole place smelled of sewage, but we ordered food anyway as we were in a time crunch. Food was sub par (ie toasted a sandwich that was not supposed to be, wrapping toppings inside of other toppings so you couldn’t see them) any questions asked were met with a “I don’t care” attitude.

I have no problems with the food here it is always great but offering cash delivery on your application and then every time someone puts and order in through the app calling and canceling and telling them it has to be through doordash or uber and cash won't be accepted is unacceptable if you are not accepting cash for delivery take it off as an option or fix the underlying problem so you can do it.

Just ordered sandwiches for pickup. I guess you're employees are just careless and don't know how to read what toppings people want on their sandwiches. My sandwich COMES WITH TOMATO, wasn't on my sandwich. I added peppers that weren't on the sandwich , no flavor either. Never really like JJ's to begin with. So thanks for reminding me why I don't come here. 👎🏼👎🏼

I’m always satisfied with the freshness of the sandwich but the past few times I’ve been I feel like I’ve gotten horrible portions especially for paying $8 for a sandwich. The service was good and the cashier was extremely nice.

Such a disappointing experience at JJ today. I ordered online for pick up. My sandwich order was incorrect and our potato chips were omitted. I guess next time I need to open up every sandwich before i leave the restaurant to confirm my order. The store was completely empty, so it’s not like they were busy and rushed.

My job hosted a lunch for a new office in the area and we had such a TERRIBLE experience. We chose to have JJ's delivered there and was so embarrassed when the front desk informed me that the delivery driver said "where is my tip" and kept demanding a tip. It made our office look so bad, very unprofessional. We will no longer be ordering from this place.

My overall rating is based on poor delivery service today. It would be lower if the Asst. Mgr. had not sent three free cookies with our order as an apology. The Italian sandwiches tasted fine. Would order them again. The potato salad and pesto pasta salad were very blah. Would not order them again.

The service issue: it took more than 1.5 hours to receive my order and I probably wouldn’t have received it for over two hours (or not at all) had I not called the store. When I called to complain, the Asst. Mgr. explained they had been deluged with orders (college football games started today) and had to rely on outside delivery services to assist. Apparently my order was forgotten by the assigned external driver. After I called my order was delivered within about 11-12 minutes. The delivery guy was also very apologetic.

I suggest the JJ app be modified to indicate approximate time of delivery before user places order. I would have just driven myself to pick up the order (or go to ThunderCloud, which is also close by) if I’d had any clue how long it would take. Also, I checked the box in app to get text updates for order status but I never received any status updates via texts or email. I had to go back in the app to check. The last update in app said order was out for delivery at 2:18 pm (I placed order at 1:40 pm) but still wasn’t delivered when I called at 3 pm.

Also, I would hope that JJ stores will plan in advance for more delivery drivers for busy days. Surely the store mgrs have access to last year’s order volume/history for the weekend that college games started in the fall. Same probably applies for the start of NFL games.

Tato was working. I arrived at 8:56 and I saw him standing at the counter through the counter. As I entered the store through the unlocked door, he went and stood in the back until 9 and told me that he was closed and had everything put away. If you are advertised as open until 9- you should have things prepared to serve until 9. I understand having things cleaned up and preparing to leave but you should still serve the customers that arrive before your self imposed closing time.

Probably the worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve had. The service was slow, the workers seemed careless, and the sandwiches were sub par. When they messed my buddies order up they laughed behind the counter. Will not be coming back to this Jimmy John’s and do not recommend this store to anyone. Go to a different Jimmy John’s where they care about their customers and quality of their sandwhiches.
