I was in Jimmy Johns this past Sat evening at the location near St. Davids hospital & the clerk was so rude to me I was speechless. I simply asked did they have banana peppers!! Absolutely condescending!! I will never frequent this establishment again!!

This was my first time here at any Jimmy John’s. I ordered my food and was in the middle of paying, when the cashier asked if I had a smaller bill, I said no I’m sorry, this is all I have( I had a $50 bill). The employee next to him looked at him & said it’s corporate rule we can’t accept it. I proceeded to ask him where does it say that because I didn’t see a sign that said otherwise. He stayed quiet & said nothing. So I walked out. Not even an apology. 1st and last time I come here.
this veggie sandwich (add crispy jalapenos, ranch, pickles, onions, no avocado spread) was absolutely incredible. 100/10

Very rude front staff. Seems like he didn’t care to be there at all, and when I told him I had a catering order to pick up, he said “no you don’t.” and stared at me. Then he followed it up with, “oh, it’s that big bag over there”. Will not be coming here for my corporate staff’s lunches anymore.

Stopped by for a couple of sandwiches and waited about 15 minutes
I've been going to that location for many, many years. That states it all.
Parking: Packing can be difficult. One may use street parking. If you desire a JJ sub, a possible short walk is no issue for that craving!

The part of the order I got was fine, but they missed delivering half my order and refused to send it out. The customer service was argumentative when I asked for a refund. Can't recommend at all.

The elderly bearded white gentleman taking orders responded to "I'll take a Chicken Caesar Wrap" with "No you won't". Not knowing how to respond to that, I said "I will if you ring it up?". After I had to repeat my answers to his questions, he explained that he had "Cracked his skull" and had "Zero short term memory" due to the brain damage he had suffered. I didn’t complain about repeating myself, he simply offered this information for me to know.I really don’t think this is appropriate behavior. I’m polite and have always tipped.Similar stories have happened every time I have interacted with him to order food, from the very first time I visited to this location. Since I have stopped by frequently in the past, this has happened a lot. That is why I’m giving a well earned negative review for this restaurant. Also, the food is obviously not great. But it's Jimmy Johns. You probably go here because it's close.
Kid-friendliness: Honestly, I wouldn't take kids here. They would probably be scared by the erratic behavior of the cashier.

I had Jimmy John's 2 of the 3 days that I was in the area. I love their portions, freshness, quality, variety and menu options.
Jimmy John's is my favorite sandwich joint and this location is definitely on their game. I am in Austin 1x a month and will definitely be back.

I called this location to ask if they offer curbside ordering (I had my dogs in the car and didn't want to leave them unattended to go inside) they said they don't officially offer curbside, but insisted I order online and call them again once I arrived and thy would be happy to bring my food out. I was grateful and impressed, and then immediately placed my order from my parking space. When I called to tell them, a manager decided it's not okay to offer curbside and I wouldn't be getting my order (that they told me to place, when I was already there) without coming inside. Handled very unprofessionally.
In this place I incredibly stopped going because there is never ready bread
