April was super helpful and friendly. She had amazing customer service, and the cookies are very great! She deserves a raise!
Wonderful experience at the Nueces Street location.
The woman working Sunday around 1:00 p.m. was warm, outgoing, and incredibly helpful. She offered us cards and a pen to personalize our cookie boxes and treated everyone who walked in with genuine kindness.
She made us feel so welcome and left us with a great impression of the brand.
She deserves recognition!
And yes, the cookies were 🔥 too. The new miso salted caramel is on point!
