Freaky fast … hardly. I’ve ordered delivery twice from this location and both times took over an hour for delivery. After multiple phone calls, I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. They lied to me saying they were already in the complex, looking for my unit. I happened to be outside and our unit is at the entry gate, so when they finally pulled in a few minutes later, I knew it was a lie.

Horrifying. The wheat bread had to be days old as it had the consistency of a dish sponge. The two ladies were sitting outside when we walked up. They did not seem amused at the notion of doing work. I will NEVER even do much as look at this place ever again. Utterly disgusting. I feel like I dodged a food poisoning bullet.

Ordered delivery online. 15 minutes after I made the order I received notification that they had contracted it through uber and just started on my order. Didn’t get my food until almost an hour later because the uber driver was taken on another order much farther away. Drink was very watered down and not even filled all the way.

Stopped by Jimmy John’s for a quick fix. The Beach Club sandwich and while I did have to wait about five minutes for service (only one employee holding it down), it was worth it. 🌟
Once I got my sandwich, it was absolutely GOOD!!! Fresh ingredients, perfect flavor, and exactly what I needed for a quick bite. Sometimes good things take a little patience.

I've been going to this Jimmy John's for years and years now. I've known at least three different managers. Everyone that gets hired there tends to just be super chill and normal. I always have special requirements for my sandwiches, and most people remember them from the last time I came in. I mean, yeah, it's just a Jimmy John's. But sometimes this particular Jimmy John's is just absolutely my comfort food.

Can’t believe how terrible a jimmy john’s location this is. Waited 40 minutes for my sandwich, missed a meeting, and then when I went to ask about my order they gave me some random half full wrap that I didn’t order. Didnt get a refund. Don’t go to this place.
Owner is running this place poorly, doubt it’s the employee’s fault . Probably not hiring enough people because they’re cheap. Complete disaster. Obviously not enough people working.

Why can’t your employees make my sandwich correctly? They completely ignore the toppings that I request on the app and my sandwiches look different every time I order, like the employees who are making it don’t care and are probably high on something. It’s a sandwich, not rocket science.

I have made simple requests through the app, over the phone... Does not matter they don't follow instructions... The requests? Provide me a menu so other people in my office can order as well and cut my sandwich in half... Very minor requests that have yet to be fulfilled. I don't have a knife at my office to cut my own. Each time I ask I explain how it keeps getting forgotten and again it happens.Sucks because driver is always friendly and food is always good. But the little details matter.
