Cabo Bob's is the preeminent Austin taco & burrito destination! I had the #6 Brisket Burrito on a fresh Ancho Chili tortilla, filled with delectable freshly cooked Baja beans, fresh guac, fresh veggies, and a healthy sumptuous portion of shredded brisket. Six napkins later, I was sitting back happy as a milk fed puppy.???
Surprised at how yummy the chicken burritos were! I'd go again!Got a reply from the owner which is fun, so I'll elaborate - you should definitely go here! Totally worth it. Friendly Service, as a newbie I felt a bit rushed so 4 stars, but that's a great review honest! And while I prefer takeout, I'm sure plenty of people would enjoy eating there!So if you're looking for a new place for a quick burrito, check them out and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised like I was :)

Second visit was a charm. I tried to visit for a late afternoon meal on a Saturday and the line was almost out the door.I went back today, a Wednesday, at 11am. The line was long, but not as long as on Saturday, and it moved along pretty quick.I got a grilled chicken burrito on buttermilk flour. I added guacamole and sour cream and some other stuff.
