Based on the reviews, Jimmy John's offers great service with smiling employees who deliver sandwiches in a timely and professional manner, even when slammed during lunch. The food is always great and delicious, and the Beach Club is a popular choice, though the avocado spread can be lacking. The potato salad is 100% worth skipping, as it is basically a mustard/mayo/dill concoction. The bread is often very fresh; one customer had a pepe with the freshest bread ever, literally right out of the oven. The store is always nice, clean, and quiet, with good music and positive people. Some visits have felt unwelcoming due to deadpan stares from staff, though other interactions are very positive, with employees being cool and polite. One staff member with a beard and brown/black hair went above and beyond, opening the place before it was open and being genuinely kind. Parking is easy with a huge parking lot and plenty of stalls.
