This is a great location with great food. They also go above and beyond to make their customers happy. We ordered online for delivery from Grub Hub. Only 1 of our 2 bags arrived…. I was anticipating having to scramble to find enough food for the kids…. And then I got a call from the manager. He wanted to bring me the other bag! Panda Express is a popular Chinese restaurant that offers a variety of tasty dishes, including fried rice, orange chicken, and grilled teriyaki chicken. Customers generally find the food to be consistent with other Panda Express locations. However, some have experienced issues with the service, such as a lack of response to greetings or "thank you." The restaurant also no longer offers brown rice, which can be a disappointment for those with dietary restrictions.
The restaurant has received positive reviews from customers, who praise the fresh and delicious food, particularly the family platter, kung pao chicken, walnut shrimp, and orange chicken. The staff has also been described as friendly and attentive. Customers have highlighted the convenience and affordability of the restaurant, with one reviewer noting the quick service and easy online ordering process.
Overall, Panda Express remains a reliable choice for those seeking a satisfying Chinese meal, though the customer service could use some improvement. The restaurant's signature dishes continue to be popular among customers, making it a convenient option for a quick and tasty Asian meal.
