Thieves!I ordered the family meal ( comes with 2 sides & 3 entrees).On the menu it's says the walnut shrimp is a regular item but apparently the employee said it was a special item and they have to charge me full price.I said okay and asked if I can have another entree since I'm paying for the 1 of 3. He said no and that it counted as the 3rd...What logic is this...Took pictures and saved my receipt because this is unacceptable.

They cheat you on your portions and serve old food. Ridiculous that you pay over $10 for a plate and get more veggies and rice than you do chicken

Honestly I don't expect much from Panda Express but my son loves their honey walnut shrimp so I'll pick up a plate for him every now & then. Today I picked up a plate, walked across to Mod Pizza where he was waiting for our other order. He was hungry so he had a bite of the sweet fire chicken. He said it was terrible: cold, congealed & really chewy. I walked back to Panda Express to see if they would take back & give me a new batch of the entree. It was obviously sitting in the heat lamp too long. The manager "Daniela" refused to switch out the item, instead telling me I had to pay for a new order. She says that she "can't give me free food that I gave to pay for it". I told her the batch I got was bad, I'm just asking her to switch it out. She still refused & honestly I'm pretty much done with Panda Express. There are so many better pick up restaurants out there: chipotle, cava, etc where customer service is so much better.

We stopped for lunch, i got the plate with fried rice, orange chicken, and grill teriyaki chicken, pretty good as usual. My better half got noodles, orange chicken and beef, his noodles were desperately dry though. The service was very mediocre with no response to our greetings or “thank you”. I thought there was an option to dine in but ours were promptly put into to go boxes and bagged. No biggie, but customer service i feel may need some work. Will return ofcourse as its quick, easy, Chinese food for a low price

If I could leave ZERO FKN STARS I WOULD!!! worst fucking Panda Express i been too!!!! they had the nerve to refuse to take my order due to their drive thru being closed. crazy thing is they didn't have it blocked off for customers to be aware that the drive through was closed. thats how I was able to drive in!! HUNTER had the nerve to turn the speaker off on me and didn't bother to take my order after me calling him out on not having the drive thru blocked off or at least put a sign up saying drive thru closed!!!! I will NEVER come back again to eat there! I'll spend my money else where!!!!!!!!!! I will not refer anyone to come there and eat eitherThe store I'm referring too is on 7710 FM N 620 in Austin Texas!!! if you ask me HUNTER should be fkn fired!!!!

Per dietary restrictions, I can only eat brown rice. However, this Panda has stopped making brown rice.Edited to add: 4 other times I forgot to check my to-go order and the broccoli beef was terrible--the broccoli was undercooked and only 3 or 4 small pieces of beef was given.Dietary restrictions: Why did Panda stop offering brown rice? Due to dietary restrictions I can only eat brown rice.

This location is terrible. There google hours say one thing but they aren't actually open during those times. I arrived after the apparent closing time (google says 10:30) and instead of explaining they were closed they took my order. Great. Well get to the window and she takes my card, charges me for a bowl and a small drink and then proceeds to tell me they have already taken the drink machine apart. This should have been mentioned before I was charged. I was given a Powerade as it was the only option they had. Upon speaking to the manager on shift he explained how I got a better deal because the Powerade cost more. I had to call to get this info because I wasn't given my receipt. If I wanted Powerade I would've ordered it. Don't charge customers and then proceed to tell them how you can't fulfill the order. If you're closed just communicate that, don't take an order you can't complete. The manager couldn't understand why I didn't want to come back for a future plate. The other 620 location is much better.

The food I got thru the drive thru was so horrible that I could not eat it. Noodles where extremely swollen or undercooked and still frozen together. Its like a drunk panda made it. Worst place for Chinese food

I love Panda Express but This is the worst Panda Express EVER. I have, in 4 years, now given it a try 5 times and EVERY time the food and Service is sub par!! Got my order wrong today, couldn't give a receipt and the food was obviously sitting there for hours barely warm!! The owner/manager should be ashamed!! I'd give it a half star or a quarter star if I knew how!I would STRONGLY not recommend this restaurant !!!
