They were short handed and breakfast set under the heat lamps too long. My scrambled eggs were dry and the hash browns texture was off. I gave 5 stars for service because it wasn't the waitresses fault. She was a very good waitress but overworked.
I always enjoy coming to Jim's Restaurant – the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great! Special shout-out to Michelle, who is an outstanding server. Very friendly staff and very friendly guests as well foods actually hot when you receive it and there like mind readers the waitresses always show up when you need something and everything is cooked well. Love this place it's my favorite place in all of Austin Texas.
