One of, if not the best restaurants in town. It’s a crying shame y’all closing down permanently, it’s a crime that the owner doesn’t get to share his delicious bbq with the city. JNL will be sorely missed 🫡
Run don’t walk to JNL Barbecue at Buzz Mill off E. Riverside.
Today, I decided to treat myself with an adult beverage and lunch. Once I read about JNL, I just had to try it and they did not disappoint.
I got the Peach Glazed Pork Belly with a single order of Cole Slaw. The slaw was vinegar based and so tasty I ate it quicker than I anticipated. The pork belly did not let me down either. I am a sucker for a piece of fatty meat and I can’t say enough good things...

Pulled pork and brisket were great and if your nice you could even get a tour of the smoker. It wasn't HUGE, but when you talked to them you could tell they they really enjoyed BBQ and it was reflected in their food.
