Cafe in a lovely little house. We have been here twice for brunch and have enjoyed our visits. The lemon ricotta pancakes are very flavorful and just the right amount of lemon. They add fresh berries on top. We also got the crab cakes and it was also very good. Cappuccino is also very flavorful as are the eggs. Loved seeing that deep orange color for the yolk.
Josephine House is a charming little blue cottage turned restaurant. The interior is cozy and intimate, almost like you’re dining in a friend’s home. Inside, there are only about eight tables, but there is also some outdoor seating. I stopped by for happy hour on a Friday (happy hour is Tuesday–Friday, 3–5 PM). They offer half-off snacks and $10 house cocktails — a great deal for the quality. I started with a refreshing Hugo spritz. I shared the cheese and charcuterie...
Stevie was an outstanding server and everything was served in a timely manner and made with love! Despite running a bit behind everyone was very understanding and attentive. Such a cozy spot tucked in Austin as well. Safe to say we will be coming back here again!
