I am a big Juiceland lover and recently went to the Burnett location for the first time. I was blown away by the customer service experience that Jay provided. He went above and beyond to make sure that we not only had great smoothies, but an awesome overall experience. He greeted us with warm, positive energy, brought our smoothie directly to us, and even learned our names. We will definitely be back to this location and hope to be helped by Jay again.

Jay was the one to remind me to leave this review but I should have done that two years ago when I discovered this franchise. I love the Burnet location. They always take care of you, the store is always clean, the drinks and bowls are always jammin! I was used to Smoothie King before them but damn if I'm ever going back to that sugar-y mess. I legitimately feel better after eating/drinking from here. Go staff and management! Please keep one of my favorite spots in town.

This is way overdue, but I stopped by a month or so ago and was thrilled with the service. I overheard the guy taking orders casually mention it was first day at the register and he was already killing it. We chatted for a bit and I wasn't surprised to learn he's well-seasoned in the industry (just new to Austin). Dude was simply delightful to everyone he interacted with—and gave me a great rec as well! Thanks Jay, you da best!!

The red headed girl that works the at the register has been so rude and short with me the last two times I’ve been and she was there. Can’t even bother to greet me back when I walk in and greet her. Her attitude ruins the experience every time. Everyone else there is very nice.
