I feel compelled to give a shout out to this particular location because of one of the employees having such a stellar attitude that really brightened my day. Jasmine is her name. She made me feel super welcomed and right at home. My drink was made promptly as requested by another superstar named Robin.
I will now literally go out of my way to come to this location because of the experience that I had with Jasmine‘s friendly and hospitable attitude. A+++

WOW! The employee at the register this morning knows a thing or two about customer service! She didn't miss a beat! Extremely slow service people are just standing around I’ve been in here for 20 minutes? Why are people who come into the store to order a drink punished to wait? When online orders get pregerential treatment. Why wouldn’t you just refund me?

Everyone here is so kind. The burrito with the ORANGE tortilla is flippin’ so yummy. I was quite impressed. Ordered a smoothie with NO apple juice cos I’m diabetic so they put real apples, bananas and strawberries with water. Very delicious, then came back 2 days later and I got a cold coffee with oat milk and that was also very delish. I love how they try to keep sugar out of stuff they make and they don’t trip about it if you make a special request. They did put sugar in my coffee but it was my fault cos I forgot to ask them to leave it out. Haha. This place is 5 stars and it’s will be telling all my co-workers to come here. I work at Westlake Medical Center in the ER. Todays post is March 17, 2025. So Happy St Patrick’s Day to everyone!🍀☘️🍀☘️☘️🍀☘️🍀☘️🍀☘️🍀☘️🍀☘️🍀☘️🍀☘️
Knocking them down to 2 stars because of how many times they have messed up our orders. Super frustrating and we just won't go here anymore even though it's the closest one to our house.

My girlfriend and I walked in and stood there for a good 5 minutes at the front counter while we stared at the staff and they stared back at us. Out of the 5-6 employees working, not a single person acknowledged us. We just left without ordering.

It’s definitely soothing and you’ll forget it’s Summer. Tastes great and feels good! Try their Honey Beary, it’s just yum, you’ll fall in love with it!

The service was really nice and the guy was helpful but I got to be honest I'm probably going to just start juicing my own juice from now on, the last one that I got hurt my stomach and it looked very very old and everything looks separated within a couple minutes of me getting my beverage. Didn't really taste any of the ginger or maybe it was just diluted?
