This location is the best one I’ve been to. I’ve been going for over a year now. Smoothies are always correct each visit, they get your modifications right, it’s clean, and staff is always friendly.
Every other Juiceland I’ve been to always makes my drinks wrong, it’s so annoying. Because I used to be a GM for Juiceland in the past, I know what a good smoothie should taste like. That’s why I will go out of my way to the Westgate location because I know it’ll be worth my time and money. Thank you always!

The service here is always great. The young lady with curly hair is my favorite. She’s so sweet and always makes conversation. My favorite smoothies are the wundershowzen, originator, and honey beary. I love all of the vegan food here. Everything is great.
Once I still had full sized green leaves in my smoothie, but I’m pretty sure that if I told them they would’ve remade it! I was just too far away by the time I drank my smoothie.

Asked for a minute to look over the menu as it's my first time here. - When rdy to order they proceeded to make us wait for over 5 minutes for no reason. No cars in the diver-thru. The attitude she had and tone of voice when asking us to "wait another minute" was clearly done out of spite I guess? Ridiculous! Guess they don't need my car full of business.

Unfortunately pick up orders take priority here. I came inside the store and I ordered, it look me a total of 16 minutes inside the store. What’s upsetting is watching 5+ pick up smoothie orders be made and stuck on a freezer while you are waiting in person. They need 2 different queues going for in person vs pick up.
Great smoothie but the lack of priority to customers standing in store is crazy. No cars out front and took 20 minutes from entering store to receiving a single smoothie.

For someone who can’t eat banana, this is not the place. I asked for an Originator without banana, they charged 4$ upcharge and took it to the extreme by putting “no other fruit, only blueberry” on the label. So i paid 14$ for a large cup of blueberry juice. Not cool.

I’ve went to every juice land and I’ve gotten coconut oil put on top of my smoothies no problem I went to this one and we asked them if we could get coconut oil on top the first girl said it was fine when we went to get our drink the blonde lady at the 2nd window we asked her if we could have coconut oil on top as everywhere else does and we didn’t see it on ours she told me no we aren’t allowed to do that we can only put it on acai bowls…. Which was just a little weird if you don’t want to that’s fine but to say you can’t or aren’t allowed is just weird lol.

Incredible service, and their matcha's are on point. So hard to find clean ingredients at coffee shops, this is not to be slept on. Extra bonus, the manager aka the matcha messiah hooked it up with a matcha smoothie concoction that had me reexamining every other matcha I'd ever had. Highly recommend!
