My favorite place to be ?
Many of the State buildings have a cafeteria style eatery and KT's is one of my favorites. Prices are good and the folks take pride in the meals they serve. I enjoy lunch here regularly.

KT's offers a set of rotating daily specials and operates a grill for burgers and the like. It also offers a variety of prepackaged snacks (chips, nuts, candy bars, etc.) and drinks. It's not exactly "fine dining", but it's decent food. Plenty of seating available at tables and counters. Mostly an office crowd from the nearby buildings.

Avoid it. The food is nearly inedible and the service is nonexistent. The vending machines are a better option.
The people are nice, but the food is very hit or miss.
The ABSOLUTE best bang for your lunch buck! Great food in a timely manner.
