I had gone to another local cookie company I had used before, and the staff was not helpful and rude. It worked out in my favor, because Kellie’s Banking Co. Is SO much better.
The staff I worked with on my initial call was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to create what I needed. I met Kellie when I picked my cookies up and immediately felt like a friend in her shop. Kellie offered me a cookie to sample, and oh my it was delicious.
My General Manager was over the moon about the cookie presentation, wrapping and attention to detail. The Board of Directors gave rave reviews to their gift.
This is now my go to shop for both my business and personal needs!

I really enjoyed the snickers cookie as well as the brownie cookie??? Snickerdoodle tends to be one of my favorites but the stuffed snickerdoodle was salty on top. I know it's common to put salt on top of cookies but I don't like it. Other than that I had great customer service and would definitely go back!

Let me start by saying that everything, and I mean everything they make is delicious! One of my best marketing tools is having cookies made with my logo and my customers logo on it. They are a wonderful, yummy hit! Recently we had a huge visit from our corporate office after being integrated with another company and they made cookies with our new combined logo. It was a huge hit and showed how excited we are to be a part of this new beginning!
