Pre-order is a must! Unless you wanna stand in line before they open to grab something… but why. Just preorder and CHOOse a time to pick it up. I would at least order a few days in advanced. They have limited orders per day. They have a small case in store that’s ready grab but usually sells out within hours after opening.It’s a locally owned restaurant with maybe 5 tables inside. We had the 10pcs sushi and seared sake. Everything was 10/10. Will be back to try the sandos!!
By far the best sushi in Austin! The quality of the fish is absolutely amazing. Also for the quality of the fish you are getting, the prices are amazing. We got the 10 piece sushi lunch box, and the regular 7 piece sushi + 4 piece Maki sushi lunch box. Each set came with wasabi, homemade soy sauce, miso soup, and ginger! I have been dying to try Chef Choo's shop for a while now and I am so sad I didn't stop by sooner! The chef's special box that I chose today was truly an amazing experience! The cuts of sushi are so soft and delicious, with meticulous handcraft going into preparing them.
