20minutes seated - No one attended us. We got up and left. Servers would not even acknowledge us while taking care of other tables around us. I had to get up to try and find someone. I signed up to the waitlist online, we were sited immediately.
Service was not good here last time we came over but I thought I’d give it another try. If you check your system we’ve been coming every weekend the past 2 months at different location trying out food and service.

No wait on a Friday mid morning. Interesting expansive menu. Eggs Francisco was delicious. Pancake was perfect and fluffy. I wish they offered real butter as opposed to margarine. Specialty latte was great. Staff was very friendly from entry in the front door to wait staff and manager even came by and checked on us. I would definitely eat here again.

Sometimes the places that deserve an excellent, glowing review are the ones that somehow get forgotten about in my review writing. Kerbey Lane Cafe has been part of my life since moving to the Austin area in 1984, and no place whatsoever has been more consistent, quality driven, and value-delivering than Kerbey Lane Cafe. Locations have come and gone, but a commitment to finest ingredients, attentive service, and comfortable atmospheres are the common denominators that make Kerbey Lane exceptional. If something is ever wrong or misunderstood, it is always swiftly made right, letting you know your business is valued. Prices have gone up from top to bottom anywhere you go (not the fault of these restaurants at all), but there's not gonna be anywhere you will find a better value for your money spent. I want to give a shout out from my most recent visit to this location to server Gray J, who has such an excellent energy and did such a phenomenal job making sure my mother and I had a memorable lunch together. Thanks Kerbey Lane – and I would say "never change!" – except y'all almost always change only for the better.

Picturesque location of Austin's best diner chain. I love their Paris Texas combo. They have a big dining room, bar, and shaded patio. The freestanding location shares a large free parking lot with other businesses in a large strip center. A dirt walking trail crosses in front of the building and around the vast shopping complex, proving a great walk after eating.

I went there yesterday, and the line wasn’t too bad—we waited for about 25 minutes. I ordered coffee and food, but unfortunately, the eggs were overcooked, and the coffee was just bad. We asked for water, but never got it. The worst part of the experience was the customer service. While we were still eating, the waiter brought us the bill without us asking for it, and he seemed impatient for us to pay. It’s not like we were going to leave without paying! I’d give the food a 3.5/5, mostly because of the eggs, but the service was just awful.

Front needs to learn how to seat tables in a fashion that doesn't put a waiter or waitress with 3 or tables all at the same time.. spread your seating out so you don't have 4 or 5 tables all in one section open at one time.. it'll help you kitchen staff out as well...
