Ok place was packed so we thought it must be good., started with a cold coffee. The we were seated outside after requesting an inside table. Waited for what seems like forever for the drink orders. The the 2 tables that were seated after us were served their food the our food comes out and my eggs Benedict comes out overcooked.. wow just not a good impression

I like the French Toast here and usually order that or one of the omelets.
I tried their burrata appetizer the last time I went and liked the flavors, but thought it was pricey for what it was - felt a little plain.
I like how they have bar seating because otherwise, if I try to go on a Sunday, there's almost always a wait.

This is the second time that this has happened - no one to greet you at the front door to get seated. Host forgot to take my number to text for when a table would be ready. Hosting team seemed short staffed and that gives a bad first impression.

We put our name down for a table at 12:30 and they told us 20-30 minutes and we walked around the farmers market and came back to ask the hostess if it was ready after 1:00. They said no and wouldn’t tell us how much longer and seated another couple who came after us. Really rude hostesses it seemed like they got mad that we asked and didn’t want to seat us and I was pregnant at the time which is very inconsiderate

Very friendly service. Food was super good all around. Wished there was a little more chicken in my chicken pesto sandwich but it was still very good.

A good, but not great, experience. Service was very good along with the atmosphere. Some food on the plate was very cold and other food items were warm/hot. The biscuit was hard and inedible but was replaced by our server.

$23 for 2 eggs, sausage (2 sm patties), bacon (2 slices), biscuit (dry) and sm milk. Absolute rip-off.

Absolutely terrible service. We ordered a simple coffee to-go, and it took 50 minutes--for just one drink and I walked out with nothing because I was then late to my appointment! No updates, no apologies, nothing. When we politely asked about our order, the staff was rude and dismissive, acting like we were the problem for expecting basic service. The place wasn't even that busy, so there was no excuse. If you want to waste your time and be treated poorly, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its customers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Me and my friends came in and ordered 2 coffees to go. We waiting over 30 min for our coffee to be made, and we continued to ask the employees what the progress was on our coffee. They continued to ignore us, and any time we would ask for help they’d go “check” the progress for us but never get back with an answer. Employees continues to stare at us without checking if we needed any help. This place needs to create a better service system for to-go orders, or be accurate with their wait time. We expected to be in and out for our coffee order and nobody was able to assist us. We asked someone out front if they could help us because we were sitting there for nearly an hour with no updates and all she was able to say was “they go in order, if you can’t wait you can cancel your order”. After waiting for so long, we ended up having to cancel our order and leave without our coffee. This was the most horrible service I have ever experienced without anyone being able to give us answers. When we tried to cancel our order, they couldn’t even pull up our order correctly or provide us with a refund accurately. Instead, they cancelled someone else’s order. Wasted a whole hour of my life without even receiving anything. Why a manager couldn’t speak to us is beyond me. Why would a manager not be available on a busy day to help paying customers. Corporate needs to find a better system in hiring people who actually care about helping their customers.
Didn't get notified until 1 1/2 hr. waiting in 50-degree weather for 2 people, after being told only 45 minutes.
It looked promising when arriving. The vibe was the best thing and that was mid. The food was basic and disappointing. Pancakes are like the $5 multipack box from Walmart. The scramble eggs was cold and bland. French toast was not pleasing either. We also got latte and was let down it tasted like cheap coffee that they tried to dress up. The server was mid also we felt rushed and didn’t order everything we wanted to try because of this. My wife and I thought it would be good but could of got better breakfast at McDonald or Burger King and that should tell you a lot smh
