An entirely vegan fromagerie would have sounded like a surefire way to lose money about 10 years ago. However, Austin has never really played by the traditional rules, and we are better for it. A wonderful vegan oasis! They had a deli style line for tasting their cheeses as well as a counter to order their meals. We went on a weekend and it was steady business, but we got our meals in around 20 minutes. Lots of outdoor seating and a few indoor spots. The staff was very kind and helpful. They also had lots of treats and goodies from other Austin vegan businesses. The food was delicious and we will be back to try their breakfast menu!

I got a charcuterie board and bacon turkey club to go. We started eating the charcuterie as a snack to hold us over until dinner. I couldn't stop eating and spoiled my dinner. I can't wait to tuck into my sandwich.
