I've been coming to this location for many years and they never fail to deliver great food. I'm old school and always just get the original recipe chicken and biscuits. What else do you need at KFC?

Created an account on KFC app just to order here, after Whataburger drive-thru next door was closed. After placing order, drove into drive-thru. Told them I had mobile order. They muttered something unintelligible.Pulled up to window and told them I had a mobile order, and my name. Some thug rudely said "you have to come inside, and it says that on the app."In fact, of course it does not say that. It says "quick pick-up." It does not mention the words 'drive-thru,' 'inside,' or anything else.And every other fast food joint allows you to go through the drive-thru for mobile orders. And there's no reason they can't walk a few steps and bring it from inside counter to drive-thru.Walked inside anyway and picked up order, and left. Food was mediocre and slightly overpriced, as per usual, for KFC.0 stars.

Drive in girl swiped my charge card and said it didn’t work and wanted to try again and went through the second time only to see was charged twice. Attempted to talk with management the next day and would not do anything to help. Let National hotline know. Bad way to do business. Theft????????

Came here, there was no line, the staff was friendly and even playful, making us laugh and also suggesting items. They made us park on the other side, we had to wait because the chicken was not ready, but it ensured that we got fresh chicken. The food was so filling and tasty.
KFC at 801 E William Cannon Dr. Excellent attention and quality of service, the staff that works at this location is great, and I congratulate Ana Mendez and Eliosmer Perdomo for their admirable attention.

It’s 11am, and this place looks like it’s been through a rough 3-day weekend already. The restaurant inside was dirty from the floor to the windows. Food was cold, like ice cold and the service was off to say the least. A thug-like person in a hoodie took my order and just looked at you as if you could read his mind. The hood was actually in action. Why go to work if you wanted to stay in bed? Weird, right? I’m hoping I don’t get food poisoning from this joint. Minimum wage is not a reason to do the minimum. I don’t speak to managers, I’ve learned they are an exact reflection of what’s presented. I must end this post at a point of gratitude. I’m grateful to the universe that I will pass this meal safely and sustenance was available. Good luck to you all.

$30 for a 8 piece tender family meal, i get 6 1/2 tenders and my sides are incorrect! And no receipt in the bag so I can't prove them wrong about the incorrect order. If you're gonna charge $30 for such a small amount of food; you'd think it'd at least be correct.

I placed an order to have it sent and after an hour and a half, only half of the order arrived and what arrived was cold and disassembled and there is no way that, neither through the AAP, nor by phone or by any other means, anyone can answer me. They make it totally impossible to claim or request a refund.
