Created an account on KFC app just to order here, after Whataburger drive-thru next door was closed. After placing order, drove into drive-thru. Told them I had mobile order. They muttered something unintelligible.Pulled up to window and told them I had a mobile order, and my name. Drive in girl swiped my charge card and said it didn’t work and wanted to try again and went through the second time only to see was charged twice. Attempted to talk with management the next day and would not do anything to help. Let National hotline know. Bad way to do business. Theft????????
