I’m missing stuff out of my order I just got from them but since I don’t have time to go back, I thought I’d call to see about getting a credit or refund of some type for the missing items. I’ve called 5 times and even called other KFCs in the area and NO ONE is answering their phones. They didn’t even give me a receipt as “proof”.

I went to the drive trough. Ordered a bucket of secret recipe and when I got home I discovered that the chicken was unskined like if it felt to the ground and they put it back to the bucket. Disgusting

They actually don’t sell fried chicken.i ordered 8 pieces meal all of pieces old and and baked on oil again so all smooth and fully greasy not cranchy at all . They are really cheeter. I never go there again and I strongly don’t recommend them

I had lunch there yesterday. I had their famous pot pie. It was to die for and it filled me up while I filled out some paperwork sitting in there. Very comfortable lobby

This location can be very hit or miss. The food can sometimes be wonderfully fresh and other times it seems to be from the previous day. The staff are also very hit or miss. I have been before and felt like I was a friend or family member… and other times it has seemed quite apparent that I am being a pest by wanting to grab lunch. I can not recommend this location, but at the same time, I can not not recommend it. Take your chances when you want some KFC, but be aware there are other fried chicken options close by.

We recently ordered the 12-piece Crispy Chicken Family Meal, but unfortunately, the chicken was not crispy as expected. Instead, it was quite soggy and lacked the crunch we were looking forward. We hope you can look into this issue to ensure better quality in future orders.
Couldn’t even get my food cause the workers have a lack of work ethic and can’t come on time. Supposed to open at 10 but was told it opened at 10:30 but I already ordered on the app

2 days in a row I came after work. I get off at 9pm arrived at this location about 9:27p and was told they only had dark meat original. Lobby closes at 9pm but drive thru is open until 11p so why for 2 days was product not provided? Corporate definitely needs to look into ALL KFCs in Austin since moving here a year ago the brands is totally fallen off. The Mac and cheese is always watery with no taste and it's like a power ball lottery hoping they have white meat extra crispy. I will be taking my dollars to Popeyes after last night I've lost all hope with this company. My advice is eat chicken else where because the service here is -10 stars.

I don’t think there was one single time (3 visits) that I went to this kfc and I got everything I ordered and some half way decent customer service.
