They dump their grease on the side of the road outside the Wildflower Center.
This is the best Indian food in south austin, made by the nicest guy, Ravi. If you like paratha, why not eat your Indian food inside of one and have a tako? (and if you don’t, you need to see a doctor!)
This pic is from the winter when they first came back to the neighborhood and my daughter and I had a celebratory mango lassi. I always get the samosa tako, but I branched out and had Gobi Manchurian last time and it was super delicious as well. I hope this gem stays in my neighborhood forever!
PS Ravi sometimes makes dosas and idli as well
Even they were wrapping up as it was late, they still took my order and gave us yummiest masala dosa I ate in long time. Thank you

Always the best . If you want authentic veggie Indian food don’t go nowhere else . It takes more than including veg items in the menu as most restaurants in austin do . It’s the love and the care that goes into making a good veg dish . Most restaurants use the same spice level etc for meat as well as veg . It doesn’t work that way . Go read some books if you don’t agree . Just simple science or trust my word and come to konfuaed desi . Great location too on 1st st

I’ve been following this food truck around Austin for about 6 years, and it’s the best Indian food in the city guaranteed, and this is coming from an Indian. Ravi, Raj, and his crew put so much care into their dishes and is prepared so well. The quantity is great and it’s very well priced as well. I always leave with leftovers that still taste great the next day too. Their mango lassi is amazing. Truly perfect flavors and I will forever pick this place as my favorite Indian food in Austin.

Your best stop for Indian food in Austin. From Paneer Tikka Masala to crispy Dosas and Upma, every dish was so well prepared. The owners are so welcoming and friendly and talking to them will immediately lift up your mood. What’s more? They do have no onion-garlic options as well! I must say trip to Austin is incomplete without visiting Indian Konfused Desi and Reddy Dhaba food truck. Highly recommend!
We’ve been looking g forward to trying this food truck but after 3 trys and them canceling every time - at Rentsch Brewery and at Barking Armadillo in Georgetown , I definitely have to give them no stars or one star for bing unreliable! You can’t make a business when you don’t show up!
Nice variety of delicious foods and super friendly people.
