Always the best . If you want authentic veggie Indian food don’t go nowhere else . It takes more than including veg items in the menu as most restaurants in austin do . It’s the love and the care that goes into making a good veg dish . Most restaurants use the same spice level etc for meat as well as veg . It doesn’t work that way . Go read some books if you don’t agree . Just simple science or trust my word and come to konfuaed desi . Great location too on 1st st

I’ve been following this food truck around Austin for about 6 years, and it’s the best Indian food in the city guaranteed, and this is coming from an Indian. Ravi, Raj, and his crew put so much care into their dishes and is prepared so well. The quantity is great and it’s very well priced as well. I always leave with leftovers that still taste great the next day too. Their mango lassi is amazing. Truly perfect flavors and I will forever pick this place as my favorite Indian...
