The service was very friendly but also very disorganized. It’s not a surprise the prices are high due to the location but they should post some prices so you know before you order. The mango smoothie was good but not made from fresh fruit, and it was expensive. The hot chocolate was just powder from a package and expensive. The flavor and texture of the inside of the pandebono was good but the outside had been rolled in so much flour that it was almost inedible, and they were expensive. We wouldn’t return.

This is not COLOMBIAN!!!! I REPEAT IT IS NOT COLOMBIAN!!! It is a coffee shop. The arepas were very dry and not COLOMBIAN, they had no colombian products at all, it was more like a mexican coffee shop, it had conchas, and topochico. Everyone was american no one spoke any kind of spanish, and im glad there were no empanadas because from what I’ve read and seen on here they are not COLOMBIAN empanadas… im sorry but that makes us COLOMBIANS look bad. I also hear some guy say the coffee was not good.

Came here to get a cup of coffee and decided to try the empanadas…….WOW! These are legit! I ordered the carne ones, they were so flavorful and authentic. Best empanadas I’ve had in ages! These are a must if your in the area. I took a dozen to go to because I was so impressed ?

At Travis Lake and did some walking and wanted coffee so we stopped in La Gran Columbia. Tried their Cappuccino and it was very good. Friendly, efficient service but very busy when we were there. Stop in La Gran Columbia for cup of coffee when at Lake Travis.

If you’re looking for a place to feel welcomed like family…THIS IS THE ONE! We loved this place so much that we would definitely come back just for them. The food and drinks are amazing especially the empanadas. Five stars is NOT enough for this place.

We came across La Gran Colombia café in our trip to Austin from Florida. It was EXCELLENT! Service was superb, food was exquisite! We had it ALL and it was ALL delicious! We ordered a berry smoothie, a latte, a cheese arepa, cheese bread, and chicken empanadas with the aji. The aji was so good, we even put some in the arepa. María and Carmen were extremely courteous and welcoming? We wish they had a La Gran Colombia café near us in Florida! So good!

Stumbled across this place while out with my family and it was like a diamond in the rough. Coffee was great, i got a cappuccino and my sister got a turtle frappe, they were both great. We decided to sit down and eat because the oasis line was super long and the arepas came quick and we had to go back for seconds, the empenadas were also incredible. if i could rate it 6 stars i would.

I went to the oasis with a group of 5 and we wanted to eat at the oasis restaurant but the line was 2 hours and my party didn’t feel like waiting for it so we looked around and found this place. The empanadas were incredible and the arepas were amazing. The smoothies were great and so was the coffee. Employees were both very nice and helpful. And we got to go see the view after so it was overall a great experience.
