BEST crawfish in ATX! They get fresh, quality crawfish from south Louisiana delivered each morning. Pop's crew cleans them exceptionally well and cooks them to perfection. They've branded their own seasoning that is delicious and they can increase the spice level if you're feeling it. The owners are wonderful people and super friendly!! Best crawfish in Austin, hands down. Spice can be adjusted (we like 8/10), but every level is super flavorful. Sausage is decent, and the corn is fantastic. Potatoes are a bit bland, but that's easily addressed by the sauces they offer.
