I have always like Madeline‘s! My husband was on his way home from work and asked if I would call an order in, the gentleman on the phone told me that I had to go online in order to get my order! why is there a number to press to place an order? This happen at the location by lakeline mall! By the way, I called the Arboretum location and they said that they take orders over the telephone.

No one helped me, though it was empty, no line, for quite a bit. Onion soup was good. Quiche Florentine was dry and pasty, like pancake mix in there. Food was great once upon a time..not any more.

Skip their refreshers…it’s just sparkling water with sugar syrup.
La Madeleine was amazing. The manager checked in on everyone dining, even gave us a little geography lesson on where he’s from, and gifted us coupons for our next visit. Austin’s little slice of Paris!

I would like to report an unpleasant experience my grandmother had on Sunday morning at the La Madeleine restaurant located at 9828 Great Hills Arboretum.
My grandmother is a regular customer at this restaurant and visits almost every Sunday. She usually orders the turkey Croque Monsieur sandwich. During her visit, she asked for her usual order; however, a manager named Gigi told her that they had never made such a sandwich (pretty rude way). At first, she didn’t even realize he was the manager, as he wasn’t wearing a uniform or any clothing that would indicate his position. Thank you for your time and attention.

Had their new French toast with 2 eggs over medium ans crispy bacon. It was delicious. Got some special cookies on the way back. Next time, I am totally getting a quiche.

I placed a delivery order from this location and my card was charged, but the app didn't work right and the order didn't go through. I don't appreciate that my card was charged for no reason and although I reached out to the manager, he was not helpful.
