Coffee is terrible. Food and pastry is terrific. Service is mid level.

Great food at a great price. We had the ceasar salad, chicken salad, tomato basil soup, and vegetable soup.

I’ve never been disappointed since the first time I stopped at la Madeleine. First time I visited was just for the bakery and wow was I amazed by the selection. The bakery alone was so good I couldn’t wait to try the restaurant food. I’ve had multiple items on their menu and have always left happy. The blueberry crepe’s are currently my favorite, along with the tomato soup. A must try experience.

The soda fountain was broken, they added an additional full size salad along with the side salad, and the wait staff is too eager to touch babies without checking if it’s okay
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly in that the space is very closed in and loud, and the wait staff at this location kept getting in their faces

Charged for an additional 2 full sized salads. There were more salads than adults at the table. The server kept touching my child until they cried. Pretty noisy and none of their fountain drinks were operational.

I really wish it was possible to give 0 stars for the food. The price is absolutely ludicrous for what they serve you. I'm pretty sure that the croissant sandwich is heated in a microwave, if it is, they should switch to the Costco brand which tastes better. Overall if you're expecting some place that has decent food for a decent price, this is NOT that place.

I always visit Madeleine de Brodie. I have been going from CDMX for years. And I had the worst impression. I ordered 2 salads and it was a real herbal disaster. A few pieces of chicken.cold.
And the sour dressing tastes disastrous. They gave me a very unconvincing explanation, it's a shame why the attitude is unprofessional. For 14 years coming from Mexico I have been going to taste it and today it is definitely disastrous. And the people are not professional at all, the cold bread, in short, has nothing to do with the Madeleine of before.

Came here cuz it said they had pancakes. They don't have pancakes. They don't even have French toast. They have very small crepes that are half the size of other places.
We usually eat lamadeleine all the time back at home (we’re from out of town) ;when we pulled in I was surprise it was not packed, we go in and there wasn’t even a worker there to at least greet us, we finally saw one and we were trying to figure out how to order but you can tell she was avoiding eye contact and we just left and went somewhere else. It was kinda bizarre
