Awesome, awesome food. The owner was amazing and kind. I really enjoyed my meal here so much I had to go back the next day. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wish they had a little more variety. Their menu vs the online ordinary menu platform required differ a bit. Overall great place and will be back.

Not into it. Flavors were meh. Super expensive and the portion is small. Added pickled onions and paid extra and got like three slivers. Too much money for not great food. Wish I had chosen another spot but this looked unique so gave it a go.Edit: I do think the tapado has potential as a dish. If the meats had been slow cooked, they would have been much more palatable and flavorful. It would just take a bit of tweaking. It needs a very small amount of added sweetness and saltiness to balance the dish. I would not mind paying so much if the food was great. I knew what I was paying and just hoped that the portion and flavors would justify the cost. The pickled onions lacked flavor as did the plantains. They need a good hot sear to get the sweetness people expect from plantains.

SO delicious! I had not tried Honduran food before eating at this food truck, and I am hooked. There are a number of veggie friendly options that are all flavorful and filling. Especially recommend the Veggie Tapado, latin salad, and the perfectly thin and crispy tostadas. I always add the sweet fried plantains if they don't come with my dish.
